Abstract: ANY TRIBAL ORGANIZATION UPON THE REQUEST OF THE INDIAN TRIBE TO BE SERVED, IS ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR A CONTRACT WITH THE SECRETARY TO CARRY OUT ANY OR ALL OF THE FUNCTIONS, AUTHORITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIE OF THE SECRETARY UNDER THE (TRANSFER) ACT OF AUGUST 5, 1954.
