SECTION 407(A) AND (B) OF P.L. 95-87
PROVIDES THAT A NOTICE BE GIVEN TO THE OWNER BEFORE ENTERING UPON
THE PROPERTY ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY PAST COAL MINING PRACTICES. THE
INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENT IS THE MEANS BY WHICH THE STATEE
REGULATORY STATE REGULATORY AUTHORITY INFORMS THE OWNER OF THE
INTENTIONS AND REASONS FOR ENTRY.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
