Since funds are
not authorized for FY 82, FMHA cannot make new loans under this
program. This lack of funding is anticipated to continue in FY 83
and beyond. Therefore, when resubmitting FMHA must revise its
instructions appropriately and describe exactly what informaton
servicing a loan. Also, FMHA should also provide information about
the number of loans outstanding and how long these loans will be
serviced.
