P.L. 93-647 REQUIRES THAT THE CASP IS
DEVELOPED BY THE STATE TITLE XX AGENCIES TO INFORM THE PUBLIC OF
THE SOCIAL SERVICES PROGRAMS OF THE STATE. THE STATE PLAN IS USED
JOINTLY BY THE STATE AND THE OFFICE OF PROGRAM COORDINATION AND
REVIEW, HDS, TO OBTAIN ASSURANCES AND COMMITMENTS THAT THE STATE
WILL ADMINISTER THE PROGRAM ACTIVITIES IN ACCORD WITH THE LAW AND
FEDERAL REGULATIONS.
