Abstract: THIS FORM PROVIDES QUARTERLY DATA CONCERNING THE AMOUNTS COLLECTED AS CHILD SUPPORT PAYMENTS THROUGH THE CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM. THIS INFORMATION IS REQUIRED TO DETERMINE THE COST EFFECTIVENESS OF THE PROGRAM AND TO COMPUTE THE AFDC GRANT AWARD.
