Abstract: WOULD REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF FUEL COSTS AND CONSUMPTION DATA REPORTED BY AIR CARRIERS ON CURRENT FORM 41 SCHEDULE P-12(A), "FUEL CONSUMPTION BY TYPE OF SERVICE AND SPECIFIC OPERATIONAL MARKETS."
