Abstract: THE PROGRESS REPORT IS A FINANCIAL REPORT WHEREBY PERIODIC ADJUSTMENTS MAY BE EFFECTED IN THE AUTHORIZATIONS OF BEOG FUNDS FOR A PARTICULAR INSTITUTION AND TO MAKE ACCURATE PROJECTIONS OF THE TOTAL DEMAND FOR PROGRAM FUNDS ASSUMING FULL FUNDING WHICH WILL BE USED TO DEVELOP A PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR THE CALCULATION STUDENTS AWARDS.
