THE TEST OF AN EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. THE COLLECTION
EFFORT DESCRIBED IN THE ATTACHED SUPPORTING STATEMENT AND DOCUMENTS
WILL HELP IN THE STUDY OF THE (1) IMPLEMENTATION OF THE TEST
PROGRAMS, (2) AWARENESS AND INTEREST IN EDUCATIONAL BENEFITS, (3)
THE ROLE PLAYED BY EDUCATIONAL BENEFITS VS. OTHER INCENTIVES IN THE
ENLISTMENT DECISION PROCESS, AND (4) THE POTENTIAL APPEAL OF
BENEFITS NOT INCLUDED IN THE TEST.
