Abstract: INFORMATION IS NEEDED ON THE LONGER-TERM EFFECTS OF PARTICIPATION IN SECONDARY LEVEL VOCATIONAL EDUCATION. EXISTING DATA BASES HAVE VARIOU LIMITATIONS WHICH WEAKEN THEIR UUTILITY FOR EXAMINING LONGER-TERM EFFECTS. THE DATA TO BE COLLECTED WILL ENABLE AN ASSESSMENT OF SUCH EFFECTS.
