INDIVIDUALS TO REPORT THE IMPORTATION, TRANSFER, SHIPMENT, AND
THEFT OR LOSS OF PIPERIDINE ON DEA FORM 420. THE INFORMATION IS
USED BY THE DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION FOR DETERMINING ANY
ILLICIT USE BEING MADE OF PIPERIDINE FOR THE CLANDESTINE
MANUFACTURE OF PHENCYLIDINE, A SCHEDULE II CONTROLLED DRUG
SUBSTANCE.
