Abstract: THE COMM. DISASTER LOAN PROGRAM, OFFERS LOANS TO DISASTER AFFECTED LOCAL GOV'TS WITH POSSBILITY THAT ALL/PART OF LOAN COULD BE CANCELLED. BASIC AUTHORITIES ARE CONTAINED IN SEC. 414, P.L. 93-288, & FED. REGULATION 44 CFR 205 SUBPART F. THIS FORM IS DESIGNED TO OBTAIN CERTAIN FINANCIAL INFORMATION FROM LOCAL GOV'T APPLICANTS INCLUDING REVENUS LOSS ESTIMATES, DISASTER RELATED EXPENSES, ETC.
