Abstract: THE OBJECTIVES OF THE SSRR ARE (1) TO OBTAIN BASIC INFORMATION ON PRIMARY RECIPIENTS AND OTHER INDIVIDUALS RECEIVING SERVICES UNDER TITLE XX AND TITLE IV PROGRAMS OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY ACT, (2) TO DETERMINE COSTS OF PROVIDING THE ABOVE SERVICES; AND (3) TO ESTABLISH A BASE TO MEASURE THE IMPACT OF THE SERVICES IN ACHIEVING THE GOALS OF THE PROGRAMS.
