Abstract: PROVIDES INFORMATION CONCERNING THE FINANCIAL STATUS OF ALL MARRIED APPLICANTS FOR ENLISTMENT OR REENLISTMENT IN THE REGULAR NAVY OR NAVAL RESERVE. THIS FORM ENABLES THE RECRUITER TO DETERMINE WHETHER AN APPLICANT'S FINANCIAL STATUS WILL NOT BECOME A LIABILITY DUE TO EXCESSIVE INDEBTEDNESS AND THAT HE OR SHE WILL BE ABLE TO SUPPORT HIS OR HER FAMILY ON SERVICE PAY.
